The 29-year-old improved on her bronze medal from Birmingham 2022, delivering a series of personal-best lifts and setting Games records during the competition. Canada's Charlotte Simoneau won the gold with a total of 235kg. Harjinder's achievement also marked India's seventh weightlifting medal at the Games, further strengthening the nation's impressive campaign.
