After restricting England to 258, thanks to Axar Patel's outstanding figures of 4/62, India overcame early setbacks through Shubman Gill's 80 before unbeaten fifties from Axar Patel (57*) and Washington Sundar (52*) guided the visitors to victory with 28 balls to spare. Axar Patel's brilliant all-round performance earned him the Player of the Match award.
